“Really pleased to deal with an honest, approachable tradesman. My roof was repaired as agreed via the written, detailed quote, without any up-sell. It did include some other little jobs which I'd asked him to do whilst he was up on the roof. Mike did go over some advisories and offered good advice. I have no hesitation recommending his work to others. The only thing I would observe is that I would have appreciated a good sweep down of the flat roof and patio afterwards as there was a lot of leftover detritus below the roof line before and after the scaffolding was removed.”
